What type of furniture/decor budget should I expect to set aside for a full-service project?

Although we welcome budgets on many scales, we know it’s helpful to have a general idea of an average furniture + decor budget. In a room that starts out empty, we recommend a base of $7-$10K to outfit the entire room.

How many designer hours per room does a typical full service project take?

Expect no less than 20 hours as a general rule of thumb. Because each project will be uniquely individualized—we are always willing to quote your project once we know a few more details!

How quickly can we expect an e-design back from you after we have our initial meeting?

Timelines can fluctuate based off of how full our schedule is, but we usually trend around 2 weeks as a timeline for getting back to you.

How do the trade discounts you offer get applied to our project?

M+B Design is proud to offer trade discounts from many store fronts. If you are interested in benefiting from these professional discounts, we offer our clients 50% of the discount available to us. The client must pay upfront + in full in order to receive the discount. The purchase is made through M+B Design and shipped straight to your home for the easiest convenience.
